Job summary

Arizona Central Credit Union Inc. is seeking a positive, ambitious, service-oriented individual to join our Show Low Branch.

This position educates members on credit union products and services and advises Members to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of membership. Responsibilities include identifying member needs, developing relationships, opening accounts and loans, handling documentation, and maintaining cash drawer accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience preferred including; sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish & English.

Responsibilities

• Identify member financial needs and offer solutions and products to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with members and potential members to positively represent and promote the credit union.
• Open all accounts, certificates, loans, and other credit union products or services accurately, and ensure proper documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist members with questions on accounts, and complete research to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Keep accurate records.
