Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of financial institution experience as Teller or Member Service Representative OR two years of sales/customer service with cash handling.
• Proficiency with computers and software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Process teller transactions and open/close accounts.
• Solve member problems and update member information.
• Conduct loan interviews and process loan applications.
• Fund loans and present loan disclosures.
• Step into the teller line to process transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and meet sales goals.
• Keep up-to-date on credit union products and services.
