Job summary

Arizona Central Credit Union is seeking a positive, ambitious, service‑oriented individual for our Show Low Branch to educate members on credit union products and guide them to maximize benefits of membership.

The role emphasizes member education, sales support, and accurate account opening with a focus on compliance and excellent service. Monday–Friday, 8:45 am–5:30 pm, no weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify member financial needs and offer solutions and products.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with members and potential members to promote the credit union.
• Open all accounts, certificates, loans, and other products accurately with proper documentation.
• Assist members with questions on accounts and resolve issues through research.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer and keep accurate records.

Role:

Arizona Central Credit Union isseekinga positive, ambitious, service-orientedindividual to join our Show Low Branch. Thisposition isresponsible for educating members and potential members on credit union products and services, and advising members to ensure they are effectively utilizing the benefits of credit union membership.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Keep accurate records.

Schedule:

• Monday -Friday (No Weekends)
• 8:45 am - 5:30 pm

Skills/ Requirements

• Experience:One to three years of similar or related experience preferred including; sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
