SubroIQ is seeking a Collection Subrogation Specialist to collect outstanding balances, provide documentation, coordinate disputed invoice resolution, and, when necessary, escalate high‑risk customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with businesses via telephone and written correspondence.
• Complete activities such as phone calls, internet searches, third‑party report reviews, etc., to obtain reliable contact information.
• Maintain minimum account work standards as assigned by Management.
• Negotiate claims’ resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties.
• Establish agreements for lien releases.
• Acquire background information when necessary.
• Establish monthly payment contracts.
• Prepare investigative correspondence.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of third‑party collections and/or subrogation experience required.
• Exercise independent judgment.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and strong computer skills (Excel preferred).
• Critical thinker.
• Strong attention to detail and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to deescalate adverse situations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependability.
• Customer service experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• $17–19 (DOE) per hour plus commission.
