Education First in Denver, CO is seeking a high-energy Sales Development professional to drive outbound travel sales and retention, contacting potential travelers via phone and nurturing relationships with past Go Ahead Tour customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both written and spoken English; Spanish is used as needed to accommodate Spanish-speaking travelers.
• Strong verbal communication skills to connect with a diverse range of individuals by phone.
• Motivated to hit goals and take personal accountability.
• Analytical with problem-solving abilities and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage your book of business while bringing in new business.
• Maintain high outreach and follow-up phone conversations.
• Use consultative selling techniques to generate product interest.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop an integrated sales strategy to reach targets.
