Job summary

EF Education First Ltd. is seeking a Bilingual Tour Consultant, Individual Sales (Spanish/English) in Massachusetts.

You will develop customer acquisition strategies, handle outbound calls to travelers, and nurture relationships with past customers to book their next Go Ahead Tour. The program offers training, mentorship, and potential for growth, with a compensation structure that includes base salary plus bonus and opportunities for travel and advancement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrates personal accountability and a student mentality.
• Able to plan, organize and prioritize work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your book of business and bring in new opportunities.
• Maintain high outreach and follow-up on calls.
• Conduct 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day.
• Use consultative selling to generate product interest.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop an integrated sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Work weekends 1-2 days/month and take a weekday off when weekend is worked.
• Shift pattern includes late shifts 11:30 am–8 pm MT 1-2 days/month.
