Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry in Fremont, NE seeks a production machine operator to learn and operate various production equipment. You will rotate across machines to learn functionality and contribute to daily production goals.

The role requires ability to work in a refrigerated environment, follow safety protocols, and assist in training teammates while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (45–50°F).
• Ability to pass physical including lifting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assigned production machines, including start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues; perform basic PMs.
• Handle, box, package, and transport product; inspect quality and defects.
• Assist in training coworkers; follow HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations; follow safety policies.
