Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment and/or training background.
• High School diploma or equivalent, or verifiable ability to perform essential job functions.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Experience with training records and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively train new employees in production and classroom environments during the initial 90 days, monitoring progress and motivating improvements.
• Ensure hourly and management staff receive the necessary training to perform with above average proficiency and retrain as needed.
• Develop new and creative training delivery methods to meet goals and initiatives.
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and maintenance of training records and timely submission.
• Collaborate with department managers to communicate training status and outcomes.
