Responsibilities

• Oversees the LMS and serves as the primary administrator for scheduling, deployment, enrollment, reporting, and systems management.
• Provides training help desk support and resolves LMS-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manages logistics for enterprise training initiatives and maintains training material libraries.
• Collects metrics on training consumption and prepares monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Continuously seeks and supports new training approaches and processes to improve efficiency.
• Delivers virtual training sessions and demonstrates high customer service when assisting employees/leaders.
