The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. On-site Valencia, CA location is expected.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of e-learning guidelines and principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to use video editors and basic web development tools.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; SharePoint knowledge preferred.
• Team oriented and able to collaborate across functions; professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Experience in instructional design and customer service orientation.
