thyssenkrupp Materials Services is seeking a Bilingual Training Specialist to deliver orientation and hands-on training to employees, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The role supports continuous improvement of training programs and materials.

Travel up to 30% between US and Mexico; strong PowerPoint and MS Office skills are essential. A two-year degree and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and correctly use measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience delivering classroom and hands-on training.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation programs.
• Deliver classroom and on-the-floor training.
• Train employees on quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Conduct micro-learning sessions and refresher training.
• Administer written tests and hands-on assessments; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and records.
