Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and measure training programs that improve coworker performance and develop skills for current and future duties.

The role involves collaboration with leaders and SMEs to close skill gaps and create effective training material using classroom, virtual, or on-the-job methods. A bilingual English/Spanish communicator with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of related training experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Learning, or Education is a plus.
• Extensive experience with use of Microsoft products such as: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with ability to translate written content, is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, delivery, and measurement of training programs.
• Work with leaders and SMEs to identify skill gaps and create solutions.
• Create training material and determine best delivery methods (classroom, virtual, on-the-job).
• Monitor learners and track application of skills to business impacts.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
