PIPESTONE is hiring multiple Bilingual Onboarding Trainers to support onboarding across our sow farm operations. You will mentor newly hired employees, teach company expectations, and promote a welcoming, safety-conscious culture on the production floor.

The role requires 2+ years in swine production, a high school diploma or GED, and fluency in English and Spanish. Expect a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits at multiple farm locations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of swine production experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary onboarding mentor for new employees.
• Coach staff to build confidence and competency.
• Foster positive relationships between new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor onboarding progress and report feedback to managers.
• Train on animal welfare expectations and handling.
• Enforce biosecurity and disease-prevention procedures.
• Reinforce safety policies and PPE usage on farm.
