Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in training & development in Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial Construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear training content and materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Site Leadership to deliver HR training at project sites; travel required.
• Set up new courses, manage content, and upload records in the LMS.
• Develop engaging training materials in online, instructor-led, webinars, and reference formats.
• Create assessments aligned with objectives and SME-reviewed content.
• Apply adult learning theory and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Source innovative training materials from learning tech providers and ensure timelines.
