Job summary

Lennar is seeking a driven Training and Development Manager to design, develop, and maintain training programs for the Title and Escrow teams. You will collaborate with SMEs, create scalable onboarding experiences, and manage a centralized training library to support departmental learning goals.

The role focuses on applying instructional design principles, updating content for process and system changes, and measuring training effectiveness through key metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Content development for training materials including e-learning modules and guides.
• Content accuracy through SME collaboration and department leadership.
• Apply instructional design best practices (ADDIE/SAM) to all materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials (e-learning modules, instructor-led guides, job aids, SOPs).
• Partner with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Lead onboarding training and develop structured onboarding curriculum.
