Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Training & Instructional Design Specialist to deliver engaging, bilingual training for employees in the NYC area. You will conduct both in-person and virtual sessions on SAP and other programs, in English and Spanish, and adapt content for diverse learners.

The role requires strong communication, instructional design knowledge, and proficiency with LMS and common presentation tools. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training to diverse groups.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions in English and Spanish.
• Use diverse instructional methods and multimedia to engage learners.
• Prepare materials, assessments, and activities to reinforce learning.
• Monitor engagement and adjust delivery to meet learner needs.
