Job summary

FirstBank PR is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions, manage LMS courses, and support learning budgets across Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Florida. You will collaborate with business leaders to tailor training programs and ensure content aligns with corporate goals.

You will develop modules, storyboards and materials, facilitate onboarding sessions, and maintain updated content.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and assessment
• Proficient with LMS systems and course administration
• Ability to design engaging learning content
• Experience creating onboarding and professional development programs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish

Responsibilities
