Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a bilingual Training Coordinator near Martinsburg, WV to develop and oversee employee training programs in a manufacturing setting. The role requires preparing needs assessments, scheduling sessions, creating materials, and evaluating effectiveness.

Responsibilities include conducting new hire orientation, managing the LMS, ensuring GMP/compliance, and updating SOPs while coordinating with supervisors and staff. $30/hr direct hire.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in training in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to teach employees at all levels.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel) and LMS experience.
• Ability to coordinate, schedule, and manage multiple training projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and hands on training for machine operation, safety procedures, and quality processes.
• Organize training sessions with supervisors, manage training schedules, and coordinate on-the-job coaching.
• Maintain training documentation, ensure compliance with safety / quality standards (ISO, GMP) and update the LMS.
• Identify skill gaps through observation and feedback to create targeted training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance.
