Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for our client’s manufacturing operation near Martinsburg, West Virginia.

This direct-hire role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, orientation, recognition programs, corrective actions and investigations to support a factory hourly population. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with prior HR experience in manufacturing or distribution, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft
