Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in training in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to teach employees at all levels.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel) and LMS experience.
• Ability to coordinate, schedule, and manage multiple training projects.

The Training Coordinator organizes, develops, and oversees employee training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance, acting as a key link between staff needs and organizational goals. Key duties include conducting needs assessments, scheduling sessions, creating materials, and evaluating effectiveness.
