Job summary

Seaboard Marine is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist in the United States, based in Florida. The role focuses on bookings, shipments coordination, PO follow-up, and answering phones, with a starting rate of $22/hr.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of customer service in logistics, strong Microsoft Office skills, English (intermediate) and Spanish (advanced), and a high school diploma. Occasional extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service within logistics.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level and Spanish at an advanced level.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Track LTL shipments in route to consolidation facility and update customers.
• Match export documents with warehouse receipts.
• Assist with export shipment bookings.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery of cargo locally and over the road.
• Request export documentation (invoice, packing list, origin, etc.).
• Collaborate with warehouse to track loading specs per customer.
• Monitor customer PO status and update systems accordingly.
• Handle high-volume calls/emails with follow-up.
