Job summary

Seaboard-Solutions is seeking a Logistics Support professional to assist the Export Account team with bookings, shipments coordination, PO follow up, and phone coverage. You will work with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate processing and maintain strong customer relations in a busy logistics setting.

The role requires 1 year in customer service within logistics, proficiency with MS Office, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• English at an intermediate level and Spanish at an advanced level.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; multitasking.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Export Account Representative with bookings and shipments coordination.
• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with customers.
• Attend phones and support team to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Possess (1) year of experience in customer service within the logistics industry.
• Intermediate computer skills in programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English at an intermediate level and in Spanish at and advanced level.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines.
• Possess well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to meet and deal effectively with the customers, executives and the general public.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and other individuals s/he may have to contact in order to perform her/his job.
• Ability to think logically and follow procedures and instructions.
