Health Connect America seeks a licensed-eligible therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to children, families, and adults.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes crisis intervention, outreach initiatives, and ongoing professional development within a trauma-informed framework. Qualifications

• Master's degree required for this position.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families (internships count).
• Licensure eligibility: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with individuals, families, and the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and progress.
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and family sessions.
• Engage in outreach and marketing to attract referrals and expand services.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team for holistic care.
