Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Consultant for our Multi-Language Onboarding team to support Thai-speaking customers.

You will manage relationships from purchase through onboarding, work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager, and help customers Go-Live with Toast POS, optimizing labor costs and guest experience while meeting activation goals. You will coordinate remote onboarding, create onboarding plans, and deliver training to restaurant staff, aiming for smooth transitions and

Qualifications

Bilingual/Fluent in Thai & English required.
Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
3+ years in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations.
Ability to operate independently in a changing environment.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Leverage Toast product knowledge and project management to partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and build onboarding plans.
Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations and enable staff to utilize Toast.
Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs and communicate those needs to project resources.
Perform onboarding remotely, document Toast POS installation, and note deviations from best practices.
Create and lead an onboarding training plan for restaurant staff on Toast configuration and workflows.
Manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously (80+ restaurants regionally).
Provide remote Go-Live support after launch and assist with post-live guidance and training.
