Job summary

Toast is seeking a Menu Onboarding Consultant to configure client menus, guide go-live activities, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will act as the primary menu contact from sale to launch, collaborating with Onboarding Managers to meet activation targets and Toast requirements.

You will independently drive onboarding plans, train restaurant staff, and manage multiple engagements across our emerging markets. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and influencing skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Experience training, teaching, or development activities.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Configure customer menus and review Go-Live plans for activation.
• Serve as menu relationship manager from purchase to onboarding.
• Work autonomously to reach monthly activation goals and meet Toast requirements.
• Develop onboarding plans to ensure high-quality implementation within timeline and budget.
• Lead onboarding trainings for restaurant staff and manage multiple engagements (80+ restaurants).
