Nbutexas is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage an assigned Austin territory and partner with local businesses to drive lending solutions. You will work with clients to grow product sales and expand our market presence in the Southwest.

The role emphasizes a hunter approach, cold calling, strong communication, and teamwork to meet sales goals, with an attractive base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer facing role.
• Ability to self direct sales activities within territory.
• Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft and CRM (Salesforce) and willingness to consistent usage.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions.

Responsibilities
