Job summary

Sales Partnerships, Inc. is expanding a residential outside sales team across Central Texas, including Austin, Round Rock and San Marcos. You'll earn a guaranteed hourly wage while we train you to prospect, build rapport, handle objections, and close in neighborhoods where service is already live.

This role welcomes energy and resilience; no prior sales experience is required. You’ll participate in the SPI Sales Academy, receive paid training, a company tablet, and a $200/month transportation

Qualifications

• No sales experience required.
• Energy, confidence, resilience and the willingness to learn are essential.
• Able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• 18+ and valid driver's license are required.
• Comfortable walking in neighborhoods and carrying light loads.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build rapport and handle objections in assigned neighborhoods.
• Close sales while training and coaching are provided.
• Participate in field coaching and SPI Sales Academy.
• Sell fast, reliable internet where service is live.
