Our Retail Bankers are the face of our organization and are critical in caring for our customers daily. As a Retail Banker, you will receive training to successfully engage with customers and enhance their experience by offering products and services that meet their needs. The knowledge you develop will prepare you for advancement opportunities and a robust banking career at Woodforest. Key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
2. Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
3. Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
4. Employing problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with the Woodforest Experience training.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent college education or volunteer service.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Formal Education & Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Status:

• Full-time.

Supervisory Responsibility:

• None.

Travel:

• Little to no overnight travel expected; may cover nearby branches up to 45 miles.

Working Conditions:

• Standing most of the time, with occasional walking, bending, sitting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
