Our Retail Bankers are the face of our organization and are crucial in caring for our customers daily. As a Retail Banker, you will receive training to effectively engage with customers and enhance their experience by offering suitable products and services. The comprehensive knowledge you develop will prepare you for advancement opportunities and a robust career in banking at Woodforest. Key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
2. Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
3. Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
4. Employing problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with the Woodforest Experience training.
