The Federal Savings Bank is hiring an entry-level inside sales professional to develop as a Junior Mortgage Banker. We seek enthusiastic individuals ready to elevate their sales career. Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize a dialer to make outbound calls to warm leads.
2. Support a top-producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow-up.
3. Learn and apply critical sales techniques through hands-on coaching from our industry-leading training team.
4. Manage leads in our CRM system.
5. Provide excellent customer service to bankers, clients, and referral sources.
6. Exceed borrower expectations by delivering "Wow" service.
7. Follow the training plan to advance to a mortgage banker role.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
2. 1+ years of experience in sales, call centers, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries is a plus.
3. Comfortable working on a computer while on the phone.
4. Friendly, outgoing personality with high sales acumen.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong work ethic and dependability.
7. Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
