Solutions Delivery Banker - Greensboro, NC

This position is designed for an experienced individual contributor focused on providing a distinctive client experience through care, expertise, and financial solutions delivery to clients and prospects in a virtual environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospects and clients virtually (phone, chat/messaging, or video) to assess needs, review financial practices, conduct caring conversations, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Support the Virtual Solutions Delivery Team by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex client needs to internal partners.
  • Proactively contact targeted clients through outbound efforts, sharing the impact Truist can have on their financial well-being, and setting appointments for financial reviews.
  • Remain available as per schedule to deliver an exceptional client experience for inbound calls.
  • Manage and resolve complex servicing issues by leveraging internal resources and referring clients accordingly.
  • Achieve individual performance goals related to revenue and profit growth, including deposit and lending solutions, digital empowerment, and onboarding outreach.
  • Participate in all components of the Virtual Solutions Delivery C.A.R.E.S routines.
  • Enhance sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development activities.
  • Adhere to schedules, controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of policy updates.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of client sales and service experience
  • Experience in sourcing, prospecting, and building client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
  • Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check
  • Ability to multi-task and work extended hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience selling deposit, credit, and retirement products
  • Understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures
