Responsibilities

• Promote and refer credit union products to meet member needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to support outreach, relationship building, and goals.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault and cash orders.
• Document member interactions and transactions for continuity of service.
