• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accurate records.
• Responds to member inquiries and follows up for resolution and potential sales opportunities.
• Makes outbound calls to members to support outreach and relationship goals.
• Balances cash drawer and assists with vault balancing and cash orders.
