Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our members and expand member service relationships by handling member financial transactions.
• Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions.
• Promote and advise on credit union product and services.
• Initiates and opens new accounts.
• Provide account services to members by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing withdrawals, and recording deposits.
• Cross-sells financial products by answering inquiries and informing members of new services and promotions.
