Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative to counsel and cross-sell members on all services, including loan decisions within policy limits. The role requires open accounts, maintenance, and resolving member questions with a customer‑first approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, two years in a financial setting or similar customer service background, and may be bilingual (English/Spanish) to serve a diverse membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution handling complex member issues or two years of customer service experience.
• Associate degree (2-year degree).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly encouraged to apply — not required but highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and cross-sell members on all services offered by Founders.
• Make decisions on loans within policy guidelines and seek approvals for higher limits.
• Open new accounts (savings, checking, money management), perform maintenance, and assist with issues.
• Explain eligibility requirements, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
