Responsibilities

• Engage members in a friendly, professional manner and identify financial needs.
• Present tailored solutions and refer products across Peak offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals through consultative selling and follow-through.
• Execute complex transactions with accuracy and care, including new accounts and loans.
• Maintain accurate notes and information to ensure continuity of care and cross‑channel support.
• Partner with branch leadership to support escalations, coaching, and branch initiatives.
