• Resolve escalated account service issues and document complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Handle branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Perform customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support the brand and culture.
