Responsibilities

• Educate customers on digital options with shoulder-to-shoulder demonstrations.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Transition sales opportunities and refer to banking partners as appropriate.
• Complete branch operations such as cash orders, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and log customer complaints in the system.
• Uphold M&T Bank brand and internal controls, supporting risk management.
