Job summary

PNC is seeking a full-time Teller based in Tucson, AZ at the Broadway Rosemont Branch (5045 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711). Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred. This in-office role focuses on delivering a tailored customer experience and identifying opportunities to meet banking needs.

Responsibilities

Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
Adheres to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently.
