IHMVCU is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Teller to deliver accurate financial transactions and personalized solutions. This on-site role at East Moline, IL supports members with deposits, loans, and accounts while building strong relationships and ensuring service excellence.

The position emphasizes bilingual communication, integrity, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with occasional regional branch travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in writing and speaking.
• Strong member-service orientation.
• Ability to listen and build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to members to assess needs and educate on products like deposits, loans and credit cards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Answer inquiries about account operation, service access, discrepancies, balancing and features.
• Follow cash handling and daily work documentation procedures, including balancing cash drawer.
