Responsibilities

• Actively listen to members to identify solutions including deposits, loans or credit cards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and check cashing accurately.
• Answer questions about account operation, services, balancing and account discrepancies.
• Follow cash handling and daily reconciliation procedures.
