Job summary

Uwill is seeking bilingual therapists to provide teletherapy to students, with sessions via video, phone, or chat. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and a focus on immediacy and student choice.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a mental-health field, an independent license, and at least 2 years of telehealth experience. Comfort with Farsi and HIPAA-compliant private space are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telehealth therapy experience.
• Independent license allowing unsupervised practice (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/PsyD).
• HIPAA-compliant privacy workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active clinical caseload from initial session through graduation.
• Conduct therapy sessions via video, phone, or chat.
• Apply evidence-based practices and SMART goals.
• Provide culturally competent care to a diverse student base.
• Assess risk and coordinate with Clinical Support as needed.
• Document sessions and respond to student messages promptly.
