Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, seeks licensed clinicians in Florida for outpatient telehealth with Massachusetts clients. Full-time salaried or hourly fee-for-service options, 100% telehealth, flexible scheduling.

You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth, perform intake assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans while coordinating with families, medical providers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Florida and obtain Massachusetts license with support before start.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth to Massachusetts clients.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans; coordinate with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in an EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when needed.
