Job summary

Northeast Family Services' Real Help division seeks licensed clinicians in Florida for 100% telehealth care, serving Massachusetts clients. You will work as a W-2 employee in full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service, with scheduling that fits your life and guaranteed pay for full-time staff.

You’ll provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy via telehealth, complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Florida (RCSWI or independently licensed).
• Massachusetts licensure supported by the employer.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred).
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• W-2 employment eligibility; able to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy (individual, couples, family, and/or group) to Massachusetts clients.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care with families and medical providers.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR and participate in case consultations.
• Offer crisis intervention and therapeutic support when needed.
