Job summary

Chowbus is seeking a Technical Associate to install and support restaurant technology in the Seattle area. You will configure menus, set up networks, install hardware, and mentor on-site teams to ensure POS performance after installation.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to drive adoption of new solutions, and be ready to travel to client locations, with on-call availability as needed. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

Bilingual English and Mandarin required; additional languages welcomed.
Experience in customer-facing roles and software operations preferred.
1+ years in software operations or hardware installation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with menu team to configure restaurant menus before installation and assist post-installation requests.
Ensure network setup and verification prior to hardware installation.
Install, configure and train staff on Chowbus products including terminals, kiosks and printers.
Standby on-site post-installation to monitor POS performance and address issues.
Coordinate with central teams to drive adoption of new products locally.
