Job summary

Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish or English and Mandarin; hands-on Toast POS experience; reliable transportation; strong customer service; 1–3 years in the restaurant industry is preferred. Local travel up to 25% and a Monday–Friday schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic networking knowledge (routers, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet).

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Toast POS hardware (terminals, handhelds, printers, peripherals).
• Install and configure networking equipment (routers, wireless access points).
• Consult with restaurant owners/chefs to customize Toast POS setup.
• Train restaurant staff (FOH, BOH, management).
• Create implementation documentation and network diagrams.
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues.
• Run and terminate Ethernet cables when needed.
