Job summary

Chowbus is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, and cross-city coordination from our HQ warehouse in Chicago Chinatown. You will handle picking, packing, receiving, and equipment pre‑sets while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in warehouse roles, bilingual English/Mandarin preferred, and a willingness to learn POS hardware/software.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of warehouse or operational experience (fulfillment, picking, packing, cycle counting)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Familiarity with Google interface preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills required
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
• Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders
• Ability to learn technical POS hardware/software
• Flexibility to learn new systems
• Experience using inventory management systems to track inventory

Responsibilities

• Shipping (picking, packing, fulfilling orders using WMS and shipping software)
• Receiving (cycle counting, accepting, checking, and recording incoming goods)
• Pre-setting equipment before stocking into inventory
• Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and returning inventory to location
• Handle materials safely to prevent damage
• Create RMA labels and log returned equipment
• Communicate with departments regarding shipping and RMAs
