Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Minneapolis, MN to own technical support for enterprise clients and drive product adoption. This on-site role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver value, resolve issues, and grow deployments.

You will work closely with enterprise clients, conduct QBRs/EBRs, and develop help center content while maintaining strong relationships. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and startup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in technical support or TAM roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Based in the Twin Cities area (Minneapolis).
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical support for day-to-day questions and complex issues for clients.
• Ensure optimal solution setup and configuration aligned with business goals.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with enterprise accounts.
• Conduct QBRs/EBRs for enterprise clients.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities using MEDDPICC insights.
