Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a bilingual Enterprise Implementation Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, lead successful implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

You will act as a trusted advisor, manage multi-phase deployments, train client teams, transfer knowledge to internal staff, and collaborate across product, sales, and account management to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; able to communicate and implement in both languages in a business setting.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations and multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Ability to manage client expectations and drive adoption across large accounts.
• Experience delivering formal client trainings and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software implementations across multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage client interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle to maximize product value.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams throughout onboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; maintain proactive issue tracking with clients.
