Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a multilingual Technical Support Specialist to serve our growing markets in the EMEA region. You will support direct customers, distributors and resellers by phone, email or chat, and train users on Formlabs printers.

You must be business-fluent in Italian and English, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with our global engineering team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English (C1).
• Experience resolving technical issues and providing customer support.
• Strong written communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Support direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region via phone, email or chat.
• Educate customers and resellers on Formlabs printers.
• Help resellers deliver outstanding service and collaborate with global engineering.
